Remind the interviewer of your interest in the position, and reinforce how you believe you could be an asset to the organization.

- Be written in a professional business format
- Continue to build upon the relationship already established with the interviewer
- Refer to a special skill and/or strength discussed during the interview that demonstrates added value
- Confirm your desire to move forward in the selection process
- Be sent within 24 hours of any and all interviews with the organization
