Develop a team of motivated individuals by teaching, communicating, and holding them accountable to clearly defined expectations. Accelerate productivity and make sure the operation runs efficiently. Be responsible for all reporting and analysis, financial management, community, guest and vendor relations.

Prior management (or supervisory) experience in full service, fast casual, or onsite dining is required. Must have exceptional communication skills with a clear focus on providing above and beyond service. Must have clear understanding of quality, systems, standards, and organization, and the ability to lead, develop, and influence a team.
