Success is made easy with this is an all-inclusive service. For one low monthly rate, YELLOW DOG will manage your interview and selection process. You receive dedicated support, on-going communication, unlimited hires, and social media employment branding.

You’re cost per hire will drop, and there are no costs associated with bonuses or benefits.

Ideal for companies wishing to outsource talent acquisition services; or those companies that have multiple talent needs and limited resources available.

Retained Search

With this option, you receive dedicated recruitment support. We work with you to refine our understanding of your need, and offer strategic solutions for sourcing the ideal candidate(s). Candidates are sourced through a variety of resources and only qualified candidates are submitted after a thorough vetting.

Fees are based upon the successful candidate’s first year salary. 50% of the anticipated fees are paid up front, with the remaining fees paid at the conclusion of the search.

Ideal for companies wishing to survey the talent pool, and are prepared to make a hire.

Contingency Search

This service provides you with a stream of qualified candidates. If a candidate submitted by YELLOW DOG is hired, you will be charged a fee based upon the individual’s first year salary, or as otherwise defined.

Ideal for companies wishing to survey the talent pool, and but are not desperate to make a hire immediately.
