Foster and influence a team at a multi-million-dollar, upscale casual restaurant. Be a part of a leadership team and develop your own skills under the tutelage of a General Manager. Support the daily operations, team development, guest relations, and community engagement. Manage cost controls, inventory, and other reporting related to the restaurant. Ensure a high standard of service efficiency (and effectiveness). Drive sales.

Must have management experience in full service restaurants or other similar food annd beverage environments. A desire to learn, as well as a desire to coach and develop a dedicated team, is necessary for success. Strong communication, influence, and organization skills are required.
