Cultivate a team dedicated to quality and service while managing daily activities in this family dining restaurant. Ensure all activities are consistent with, and supportive of, the restaurant’s business plan. Support training and development, financial management and profitability, building community relations, and ensuring the smooth operations, including reporting associated with this location. Ensure a high standard of service efficiency. Drive sales. Support events/functions.

This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to continually be training and leading the team. Candidates must have previous management (or supervisory) experience in hospitality-driven environments, ideally restaurant settings. An understanding of quality and standards, with an emphasis on guest relations is required.
