From boxed lunches to high-end and high-detail affairs, you are prepared to lead catering operations in a high profile dining and conference center as the Director of Catering.

The successful individual will be responsible for all coordination and logistics related to catering operations. Be accountable for the catering support, in addition to local banquet and catering functions. Ensure events are well organized and client contacts are pleased. Develop and maintain a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members. Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to purchases, sales and requisitions. Ensure a smooth, efficient, and financially sound operation.

Prior catering/event/banquet management experience required. On-site catering and conference center event execution, public facility management or hotel banquet/catering experience with a strong background food production, transportation and logistics is preferred. The successful candidate must possess high level communication skills, and a very strong attention to detail.
