Oversee culinary operations for a scratch, wellness-focused restaurant as well as the logistics of food production and transportation to a second location. Lead and develop a team of professionals. Leverage knowledge of classic and contemporary food techniques, style, preparation and presentation including food nomenclature, seasons and handling. Be responsible for all reporting related to the operation including ordering, scheduling, cost controls, inventory control and budget management. Maintain efficiency, while making sure to communicate clearly and consistently.
Must have culinary leadership experience in restaurants, hotel, commissary, or on-site dining environments. Culinary degree ideal. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong focus on quality and high-quality operations.
