Chef Manager, Food Service Manager, Director of Dining

Oversee food service and catering operations for a corporate café. Lead and develop a team of food service professionals. Leverage knowledge of classic and contemporary food techniques, style, preparation and presentation including food nomenclature, seasons and handling. Be responsible for all reporting related to the operation including ordering, scheduling, cost controls, inventory control and budget management. Maintain efficiencies, and oversee the logistics of serving multiple groups at the same time, while making sure to communicate clearly and consistently with the client liaison.

Must have on-site dining management experience. Corporate dining is ideal. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong focus on increasing participation through consistent and high quality operations. Culinary degree preferred.
