Oversee culinary and catering operations for a corporate café. Lead and develop a team of professionals. Be responsible for all reporting related to the operation including ordering, scheduling, cost controls, inventory control and budget management. Maintain efficiencies and oversee the logistics of serving multiple groups at the same time, while making sure to communicate clearly and consistently with the client liaison (contract administrator).
On-site dining management experience preferred. Corporate dining is ideal. Campus dining or healthcare dining experience, commissary or hotel kitchen management experience will be considered. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong focus on increasing participation through consistent and high-quality operations.
