Coordinate, conduct, and inspire culinary operations for this high volume, upscale casual dining destination restaurant with strong community engagement. Ensure kitchen provides food in accordance with standards of quality. Prepare budgets, analyze and control food costs, inspire efficiency and productivity. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees. Manage food preparation and quality standards, train team members in cooking methods, presentation techniques, and portion control. Make sure guests receive an exceptional culinary experience. Deepen relations and commit to fundraising.

Previous culinary management experience required. Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and organization skills are required.
