Support the General Manager of this national, upscale casual dining restaurant company with a scratch kitchen. Lead daily culinary operations, inspire a team and drive execution in this fast-paced environment. Be accountable for culinary reporting related to the location. Ensure system adherence and proper training.

Previous culinary management experience in upscale casual or casual dining required. Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and organization skills are required. Associates degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
