Teach, coach, and develop a culture focused on the guest and high-quality ingredients. Support and motivate a team of dedicated professionals. Be responsible for supporting a General Manager in the planning, reporting and analysis of this high-volume restaurant environment. Make sure all standards are met and team is recognized for its successes. Build guest and community relationships. Establish and develop fundraising and other community driven programs.

Must have a passion for service. A strong training acumen and a desire to develop future leaders are necessary for success. Strong communication, leadership and organization skills are required. Prior hospitality management or supervisory experience required. Candidates with casual dining, fast casual, fine dining, food and beverage, catering, grocery, or conference center experience are encouraged to apply.
