Support a General Manager and leadership team with the management of day-to-day activities at this downtown dining venue. Lead a team dedicated to quality and service. Be responsible for building community relations and ensuring the smooth operations, including all reporting associated with this location. Ensure a high standard of service efficiency. Drive sales. Support events/functions.
Candidates must have management experience in full service restaurants, and/or destination venues. An understanding of quality and standards, with an emphasis on guest relations is required. This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to continually be training and leading the team.
