Lead kitchen operations for this high volume, fast-paced casual dining restaurant. Focus on food cost, food safety and employee development along with facility maintenance and overall store cleanliness. Build morale and have attention for details. Inspire a team, drive execution, ensure system adherence, and proper training.
Kitchen or food production management experience in casual dining, family dining, or commissary setting is required. Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and organization skills are required.
