Teach, coach, and develop a culture focused on the guest, and high-quality, fresh ingredients. Support and motivate a team of dedicated hospitality professionals. Be responsible for supporting a General Manager in the planning, reporting, and analysis of the restaurant. Make sure all standards are met and the team is recognized for its successes. Engage the community through fundraising.
Must have casual or upscale casual dining management experience. A strong training acumen and a desire to develop future leaders are necessary for success. Strong communication, leadership and organization skills are required.
