Lead a team dedicated to quality and service while managing daily activities in this busy casual dining restaurant. Be responsible for overall restaurant operations, in addition to supporting a catering department. Build community relations and ensure smooth operations, including all reporting associated with this location. Maintain a high standard of service efficiency. Drive sales.
Candidates must have management experience in full service or restaurant, food and beverage, convention, and/or conference center environments. An understanding of quality and standards, with an emphasis on guest relations is required. This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to continually be training and leading the team.
