Assist a General Manager with the day-to-day operational leadership of a thriving, high volume, casual dining restaurant.  Build and lead a strong team while ensuring every guest has a unique experience. Be responsible for all reporting and analysis, financial management, community, guest and vendor relations. Drive sales.

Prior restaurant management (or supervisory) experience in full service, fast casual, or onsite dining is required. Must have exceptional communication skills with a clear focus on providing above and beyond service. Must have clear understanding of quality, systems, standards, and organization, and the ability to lead, develop, and influence a team.
