Support daily culinary operations for this multi-million-dollar casual restaurant. Support the Executive Chef and inspire a team and drive execution in this scratch environment. Assist with day to day team leadership as needed, in addition to culinary reporting related to the location. Ensure systems are adhered to and all team members have received proper training.

Kitchen management experience in upscale or casual dining is required. Culinary Arts degree ideal. Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and organization skills are required. Must have strong production skills.
