Support and manage the end to end recruiting process for operational leaders (single and multi-unit) to include but not limited to, fostering hiring manager relationships, delivering on the company’s service level agreement, requisition management, posting advertisements, sourcing, screening and interviewing, candidate correspondence, candidate assessments, employment offers, and conducting hiring manager updates.
Actively monitor time to fill for open positions. Foster and encourage specific focus on inclusive recruiting and non-traditional hires. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers on inclusive recruiting, management assessments, candid feedback etc. Utilize recruitment strategy in line with company strategy. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process ensuring company culture shines.
Continuously evaluate and improve configuration of various talent acquisition systems to optimize recruiting process and provide a world class candidate experience to reflect the culture and employee value proposition of the company.
Full desk (client and candidate), full-cycle recruitment experience a must. Experience sourcing and identifying talent for leadership level opportunities. Previous experience working with and maintaining an ATS system required. Must have ability to handle multiple simultaneous priorities and thrive in a high paced environment. Must be well organized and strong attention to detail with exceptional and professional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills are required.
